Repeat caller.

I used a different phone to call back some of these toll-free numbers.
They all mapped back to "Outreach Associates" and some auto-recorded line about being the front end for non-profits out to annoy you. (Paraphrasing)

You can't touch us with your DO NOT CALL LIST, we're exempt.(Again Paraphrasing) And in order to take action, actual quote now "You must leave your phone number and full name. We do not have caller id." Oh brother!

I got a call on Saturday around 1 PM.  They did not leave a message.  I get calls from them all the time & they never leave a message.  What's the purpose!  If they ever did reach me I would NEVER donate to anything they were associated with.

This has been driving us nuts at home for weeks - sometimes as many as 12-13 calls a day and no one on the other end of the line - sometimes some faint music.  Finally traced it all back to Outreach Associates.  They claim to represent the Democratic National Committee but they are defrauding the Democratic National Committee by these automatic calls made by machine, leaving no message - basically nothing but harassment and fraud.  Call the Democratic National Committee, Sierra Club and any other organization they claim to represent and complain.  Demand you be taken off all call lists.  Why would any potential contributor respond to harassment?  Morons.  Amazing they are still in business.

Regular calls, I never answer. they never leave a message. Charities are not required to follow do not call list.

Unwanted marketing call. We are on the Do not call list.

Outreach Associates suck -bottom feeders.  Quit bothering people!

Went to DAM website, called and emailed the company and they (allegedly) will remove your phone # from their calling list.

Called, left no message

I get calls from a lot of  866 area codes and I do not answer them. I am tired of these calls. I called the telephone company to see if I could get these calls blocked but they said that they could not block toll free numbers.

phone rings. answering machine picks up. dead silence or background music or
other people talking. no message. i may be receiving these calls because someone is providing my name via a computer database. every company i have ever done business with, including charitable organizations, has specific instructions to not sell nor trade my name.

Do Not Call List mean anything?  This company, again, is relentless.

I keep getting "telemarketer" types of calls from this number. Please make them stop! They call every day of the week, and all hours of the morning, day and evening.

I just recently started to write down the 866 numbers identified on my phone's Caller ID for 866 calls that don't leave a voice mail message.  I received two calls so far today from 1-866-784-7296.  I am on the Do Not Call List.  After reading above complaints, if toll-free calls can't be blocked, what can be done?  I received a number of calls from 1-866-801-8623 & after reading "800Notes" on this number yesterday, I followed a suggestion & phoned this Bank of America number & asked to be taken off their call list.  Nevertheless,today I looked at my Caller ID right before the number went away & am not sure, but I think it was 1-866-801-8623 again, despite yesterday's request to be removed.

Calls come in morning, day, and night.....probably 20 calls per week.  Also on my daughters phone.

These are the numbers that dial my phone several times a day. If I answer (don't even have to day anything) the call ends. No person on the other end, apparently. I will take the advice of some of the other postings and request my number be removed from their list.
