These people took money out of my checking account and I have no idea who they are.  Have reported them to the police

These persons also took money out of my account without authorization. I will have it put back in based on fraud. I have not authorized nor taken any loan from this company. However, they did get my bank account I will get my money back and this company will be Black Listed if I get my way about it. Such a crock! People are allowed to get away with this kinda stuff.

These people also hit my account, when I called the number I was told that she was representing Loan Tree Advances.  I have never heard of them and know I do not have a loan out with them.  I could barely understand the woman that answered the phone, some indian woman I think.  Anyway, she was trying to get me to "verify" information about myself and I told her that I wasn't going to tell her anything but was going to take care of it through my bank.

Did you get your money back.

These people have no right or did not get permission to debit my account. I don't even know who they are. I went thru VIP Loan shop  they have been wonderful.

I got a call from Loan Tree Advances on my cell phone.  They have not taken money out of my checking account yet.  They said they e-mailed me, but due to some technical problems with accessing my home page, I haven't been able to read the e-mail.  If they do take money out of my account I'm coming up fighting!  I will call my bank about this fraud so they can look out for any deductions in my account and any other customer's unauthorized deduction.

Oh, by the way, I have submitted a complaint to the FCC (fcc.gov) and encouraged anyone who has been bothered by Loan Tree Advances to do the same.

Peggy !!!  Hi there !  Same thing happened to me today (1/2/13).  I notice the date on the scam check sent to my bank was 12/29/12.  I have looked around at some loans but authoorized nothing to anyone as yet, much less Loan Tree Advances, the company name on the draft.  By the way, what was your amount ?  Mine was $ 30.  And it also threw me into overdrafts.  Give me all the info you found on prosecuting them....anything at all.  I am going for blood !  It is waaaaay illegal !  I want suffering for those thieves.  I want printed proof, predated to 12/29/12, that says I gave any authorization for that charge.  Add now the inconvenience of overdraft charges.  I will own at least one person's illegal cubicle, and more !  I want the pres's chair burned, with them in it.  They do not have enough money for defense, that I cannot reach.  I will  guarantee 90 % of any and all money an attorney can get from them.  I want $ 30 + $25.  Period.  I do not care where the rest goes.  I want to see them bleed their own money.  Not one stockholder.

Well, they just got me. They are talking about and application fee to get a loan. My question is "why would I need a loan if I had money already. They are not the people that I got my loan from and I am going to stick it to them anyway that I can.

They just got me on 01/23/2013.

They got me too on 1/29 for $30, and noone will answer the phone when i try to call.  I'm trying the BBB!

Does anybody know where this place is located?  I'm gonna try reporting to the BBB.
