I got a text saying a document was sent to me with this number to call when I got the document and it gave me a reference number. My daughter got the exact same text with my name & reference number.

They’ve contacted my family and scared them, telling them they’ve got a job d number and I need to call and f not I’m going to jail

I owed k jewelries some money .
They wanted me to sign paperwork and pay them....
Money that I never owe  them

They called and left a number for me to call. About a week later I received a text message stating “This is a final notice, documents have been sent to me and my employer, contact the office with this number and the case ID”. The text came from 406-403-3695

I keep receiving text messages, this last one stated“This is a final notice, documents mailed to you and your employer, contact the office with this number and the case ID ____. Contact office upon delivery 866-791-0163”. The text came from 209-432-7436

Called my brother to say there was a civil case and they were unable to serve me.

Was it real? I just got a message too 3 days ago

One message said “ After multiple attempts case has been updated to Non-compliant. Final notice mailed if not received call 866-791-0163 Case ID:*****” the second message said “ Case# *********, Status:
Non-Compliant Documents have been mailed to ******
Please sign & return documents by *****, 2024.
866-307-5818”

Those messages were through text

Is this real or a scam?

Got a vague msg of a personal matter.
Called said it was my wife and she must talk to them or give permission for me to talk.
Won't tell me what it's about. Said they sent paperwork to us and have not heard back.
Then said I was on a recorded line. I asked to be mailed the documents, she said we will not be mailing anything else to us.
Tried several times to say I am on a recorded line stating we have never received your documents.
She kept cutting me off, being extremely rude.
I finally said will you allow me to speak without interruption?
Then stated we have received nothing.
She said we will go forward and just get a judgement.
I said fine, go for it, as we owe no debts and have broke no laws.

Guess they will have to "mail" a judgement right? 🤣
