This a scam
they refused to give me their name and or information.
It is either google, amazon, syncrony.

If they refused to give their name then how do you know it is one of those three companies?  How are you going to complain if you don't know who it is?

Caller ID comes up Google finance system. Credit card?

According to what I found out by searching "Google Finance", it is simply a page that offers stock quotes, etc.  I know of no credit card or anything of the sort offered by Google.  If it came up Google, then it certainly would not be Amazon or Synchrony in any case.

Repeat calling. I picked up one time, they did not identify themselves. Loud bustling call center sound in background. Indian accent female. I told her to take this number of their list, and she said "No." What?!

They call and they hang up. I check the number, then I block it.

"Survey" abt your investment preferences, sure, what else do you need. East-european accents, probably russian mafia

Yes they called stating that I had a Google credit account .  I don't!
