Got a call twice today. When answered, no response. Why are they calling?

They have called me twice and I cant call them back.

Got a call twice today called back both times and got a busy signal. Where are they calling from?

Have called 2 times within 10 minutes of each other.  I think this came from starting to sign up for some free math games online.  I have never had this prob before today and have had a call from another number for a sweepstakes from an unkown ID that asked for the name I put down for the free games.

Answer the phone Dead Air and no response...Try calling back and its a busy signal. Recieving multiple calls for 3 days now

Called didn't answer, thought they would leave a voice mail but didn't, tryed to call back but got busy tone. I haven't signed up for anything so I dont know why they would be calling. Do any of you have credit cards? We have been having problems with ours and I thought maybe it was them.

I've been getting calls 2-3 times a day for a solid week on my work cell phone.  I answer and then get hung up on.  No voice mails left.  Call back and its busy and hangs up.

called me several times ive answered only a few times no response dead air. the other times I did  not answer  no message left. they are waisting my minutes! How can I get this to stop?

I have been called ten times I think it might be a computer cuz when I call them back its always busy.

I recieved this call several times, usually just a hang up, but they answered this time.  They say they are in Utah, and offered me the address. If you see "866" it is a designated toll free line, and basically is a telemarketer or such.  A lady named Valerie contacted me and referenced that I was a Visa holder, and that by partaking in the survey, that I would receive a free diamond(mens or womens) watch, and four magazines.  She then transfered me to her supervisor "Daniel" who gave me the order# C-208.  They said that the magazines would then be $3.99 a week, and went into an outlandish discription of how the charges would be applied for the service, which somehow equalled to $69.00 a month.  After I said that I was not interested, they tried to talk me down, after repeated times I told them I was not interested I finally hung up.  Immediately called my credit card Co. and told them about it, they already posted an open charge for $1, cancelled my card.

If they contact you do "NOT" give them your credit card number.

same as everyone else!!!! calles 2 and 3 times a day i havent picked up becuse i dont pick up numbers i dont recognize. i figure if it's important they will leave a messege... but they never do . sooo ignore the call.

same here. Got the call. Was on another call. so called back .. no response.. surprizing all the calls are in the last couple of days ....

They have called me over 30 times in the last 3 days. last night my phone rang at 1:51 am this morning, i was pissed!  I answered and cussed out the idiot. They asked me for my cc# because the number they had was not right and blah blah blah & he then said someone he just talked too called ARenae had also just won some sweepstake crap, so this makes no sense, bunch of scam crook idiots, this is why this country is all foooked up and getting worse because of all this kind of crap going on all the time and the Gov. letting them get away with it. sweepstakes winners and cc mistakes all in one....  they said they need the number so they can credit my credit card account for the amount of $27,600 dollars.. So i asked him for his cc# he said why, i said i was going to donate it to him so give me your number you freakin moron..  of course he hung up on me and i have not heard back yet.. i will drive to that location and do very bad things to that moron if he calls me at 2 in the morning again..!
