- ChrisI just received a call from this number saying something about felony fraud. The caller went by the name “Amber Walker”. When pressed, no other info was provided and questions were dodged.
- AdamJust got a call claiming I'm an emergency contact for my mom, implying she had an emergency. Called back and not only was it NOT an emergency, they're a debt collector using illegal practices attempting to locate her under the FDCPA including threats to me personally if i don't "force" her to call them. They were warned. Under the FDCPA they owe $1,500 per call at this point so hey, please do try again guys.

- Oze| 2 repliesI received a call this morning at 9am from phone number 850-270-0649. Tallahasee Fl number. I don't even know why I answered, i guess cause the call woke me up. a lady called Amanda said that she's with Legal Processing and there are 2 felony fraud charges against me and gave me my last 4 digits of my socials to back that up. I told her that I do not have any felony charges and asked her how do i know if she's scamming me. I hung up on her. She then called back and left a voice message saying if i do not call back immediately that they will process an arrest for me and court hearings for felony with my county.
I called them back on the number they asked me to call back on 1-866-796-5612 Amanda transferred me to the officer handling my case called Jennifer Larson. Jennifer said that it was a cash advance loan from 2012 online. Said I have an hour to pay up today or she will process my case. I asked her for the physical address of her company and she refused to give me stating that they do not give it out to protect their associates. I asked for the name of the organization, she said IRC Processing. I've googled, called the Better Business Burea to look up the name of the company and the phone number and each time nothing came up. The jennifer lady was very forceful and said I was stalling her to avoid making payments and was very rude, kept cutting me off etc. I do not know what to do and how they got the last digits of my social. This is crazy.- Caller: Jennifer Larson IRC Processing

- They had the last numbers of my ss replies to Oze| 1 replyThe exact thing happen to me today!! They called my elderly father who lives in another state. This Jennifer Larson character, said she was sending the info to the county office where my phone number is listed from, which is not where I live and said I'll be prosecuted for felony theft, for a loan I got from cash net USA, back in January 2012. I've never gotten any kind of loan from those people or that company?? She even had the name of a bank I once had many many years ago.
How do these people get the last 4 digits of my ss number? This is ludicrous!!! - FBI replies to They had the last numbers of my ssThey even called and told my father they were from the FBI and I'm using a bogus ss number and need to contact them immediately.
- Not me!They called me from an instate number and left a message for someone else and said they were trying to leave me a package but no one was available to sign for it. They said to call this number 866-796-5612 for delivery. I will not be calling back.
- IdahoYeah i have gotten several times even called my parents. When i called back a guy named Warren told me i had a felony fraud warrant out for my arrest for a loan i taken out through cash net usa in 2012. And they were calling me out of courtesy because i dont have a criminal history since they ran my name and last four of my social. I had to have the money paid within an hour to Signature Trademark solutions that would send my money to cash net. WTF!!

- Jamie| 2 repliesI have been getting bombarded with calls as of late from several different numbers all with the same call back number 866-796-5612 stating that they tried to deliver a parcel but noone was available to sign for it and to call back to this number. It was automated voice. I haven't bothered to call back.
- Patricia replies to JamieI got the same "we have attempted to deliver a parcel, but no one was available to sign for the package. You can return the call directly at 866-796-5612" Bra hahaha... really? Seeing all these scams being perpetrated through this 1-866 number, I choose not to call them back. Silly people, trying to scam good people. Karma will be ready for them very soon!

- BigA replies to Kelsey fahrmeierWarrants are criminal matters and issued by the DA and not some scummy criminal pretending to be a debt collector. The police would then come and pick you up without giving you a heads up or telling you that you could "pay" your way out of those charges.
- Amy replies to JamieI just received the same message.
- Amy K| 1 replyReceived a call saying they had attempted to deliver a parcel and no one was available to sign.
- Vincent| 1 replyCalled yesterday and they left a message saying that they attempted to deliver a package but needed us to sign for it . The USPS tracking of my amazon order states it was in another states in process of delivery. There was no note on the door and I rarely need to sign for packages. Plus, USPS nevers calls to sign for a package. Sounds fishy, beware.
