I looked at cars yesterday and had this number call and hang up twice. And they wonder why you are hesitant to give them any of your information. Figure out how your employees are doing without harassing me to find out.

I don't want them to be calling me any more because they just hang up.

Received a call from this number at 8:45 pm on cell phone.  Answered the call and they asked if this was Brett or Cathy.   I said it was Brett and he hung up the phone.  I called the number back and they answered the phone saying "May I ask who is calling?"  I explained what had just happened and they hung up the phone AGAIN!!!  Wow - using my minutes and wasting my time - what company is this?!  I am calling the two dealerships we visited this weekend to complain.

Car Dealership survey for recent visit where I test drove a car. This call was representing North Central Ford in TX. I answered and was off the phone in a little over a month.

received call 2 times today, never answer 866 numbers. Funny thing is I have not had any service work done, nor have I been in the market to buy a car, hmmm.

Just bought a new car in Kansas. Got a call from this number today and when I answered they hung up. What a waste of time and money.

Wow!  I can't believe how broken THIS 866 number is!!!  I too was shopping for a car just a few days ago and since have been getting these goofy calls daily that just hang up when I pick up.  I get MANY results on Google when I look up the number and everyone is having the same problem.  What goofball is responsible for this lunacy?!

I was at Capitol Kia last week as well (like the previous poster above) and just a few days later began receiving these mysterious and un-welcomed calls daily, that just hang up when you answer.  I haven't tried calling back but for the past three days I've received them with no one on the other end.  It's like that movie "When a Strange Car Dealer Calls"!   ;-)

I've now gotten two calls from this 866.796.6124 number, the first of which, when I answered, sounded like a bad connection.  I missed the other call and no message was left.  You'd think if it was important they'd leave a message, no?  Having just visited a car dealership, I'm pleased to hear this is just another one of those aggravating things I sometimes get slightly after I've called my bank to be irritable about something, and not to try calling back!  I know call centers don't track who they just called, but honestly.  Glad this forum is here; I will be sure to stop back in at the dealership and give them a piece of my mind!

i been getting calls from 866-796-6124  3-4 times aday sine i stop at a toyota dealer. every time i answered the phone they would hang up,tried calling them back that's a joke. so i reported the # to the national do not call,and havn't had a call since.

Sounds like it could be a survey I recently bought a new car and had it serviced at the place I bought it from and the dealership was mentioned by someone who also left a comment.

This number calls my cell phone. When I pick up there is dead air.

I keep getting calls from this number as well. I purchased a Toyota recently so I suspect they are the company doing the calling. I always screen unknown calls. If they leave a message I'll always call back. If not then I don't need to talk to them

I have gotten a few calls from this number.  They never leave a message.  I keep seeing where many of you have bought cars.  I have not bought a car in several years (2008) so I'm a bit confused as to why I'm getting calls from this number.

Look at a car at a Fort Worth Dealership. Next day I started getting calls.  Survey - I did their phone survey because the staff at the dealership was sooooooo rude.  Hour later someone else from the same # calls to do a survey.   Told them I already did the survey & the other person said she was taking me off of the list.  Still trying to me to answer just a "few" questions.  Will update if they call again.

Calls to me are from Charles Maund Toyota in Austin, TX.  I had a repair done there over a year ago and they keep calling through this bogus service.  Each time I get a call Charles Maund gets a call from me.

Same here. I've been shopping for cars, and I have been getting calls on my cell from this number. I don't answer, and they do not leave a message. I called the Do Not Call number last week in order to stop getting calls like this. Maybe it takes a while to kick in, I don't know.

Recieved 5 calls with in 2 hrs after visiting KIA when answering nobody on the other end
