Wanted money Thearten to put me in jail I called a lawer and he said it was a scam

Just got a call from these people. They are threatening me and claiming they are going to file a arrest warrant tomorrow morning with the district attorney. I dont owe anyone anything but my identity was stolen online due to some online loans from a couple of years ago. These people are scammers... ALL online loans are scams. They just get your information and sell it to other scumbags like them. Luckily I didn't fall for this and contacted my district attorney and state attorney.

I received a call from this number stating they were the "Litigation Services" and they were filing charges against me for stealing money from a bank or credit union. They said they were hired from Northern Arbitration and that they will be detaining me and asked if I had any fire arms or large dogs. I tried to get a number to call due to the fact that I have NEVER stolen any money...they got rude, called me a criminal and refused to give a number to call. They hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone.

They are calling my parents telling them i am going to be arrested but will not give any information. They say they are called litigation services but will not give a phone number to call back. I do not have any debt. I went through a bankruptcy and everything was cleared in the last couple months. My elderly parents get upset and worried.

A total BS call. Called from "litigation Services" for my brother saying they filed 2 felony charges with the state. Trying to pump some money out of us

They called for my mom saying they were going to arrest her, I just said she was dead and they weren't a problem anymore... lol

Person called our home saying his name was Roger Winters and he worked for Litigation Services. The first time he called he did have the right last name but gave us a first name that we had never heard of before. The second time he called he gave an actual name of a family member and said if we did not get in touch with him by "tomorrow" that a bench warrent for her arrest would be issued. Of course nothing ever transpired.  We called our local Police Department and were told that this was a scam. Today he went too far. He called my Granddaughter's cell phone and scarred her to death. Grandma is ready to take on a bear right now.......You guys have all been right. Get a real job Roger Winters like the rest of us!!!

Same thing at our house looking for my son.  A few months ago my son received a similar call from another number and different name but same threats.  I knew it was a scam right off, I just wonder how they choose who to call.  Any ideas?

They call me just now and told me their were2 felony on me I am disable and can't move around so I just hung up the phone

Per local sheriff dept, scam. Do not answer or respond.

My client was contacted by someone calling himself "James Phillips" with "litigation services."  He said he was going to file a two felony complaint and have a bench warrant issued against my client.  He left a return number of (866) 796-6339.  I called the DA"s Office on his behalf.  This is a TELEPHONE SCAM!  Do not call back.  If you are unclear what to do, call the district attorney's office and confirm whether the name they call themselves is employed there.  Someone in "litigation services" almost certainly cannot get a bench warrant or files felony complaints (litigation exists in civil court not criminal court!)

Called but did not leave a message. Thanks for the previous messages posted. I had two credit cards compromised in last 2 months. I thin these calls may be tied. I hate scammers.

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.  If you can find them

ID themselves as "Legal One, Incorporated"  Supposedly in Los Angeles.  No such company that I can find.  Strong call-center noises in the background.  No one knows exactly where they are located.  They just call from a lot of different numbers and make threats.

Ignore them and block their calls.
