866-800-0580

I googled this number and I googled the name it seems this is a new number the company has started to use, the old one must have been too well known 877 800 0688.  they are still up to the same scam.  I argued with them (it took two days of constantly calling back to find someone who would even discuss the issue) about getting my money back only to be told that there are no refunds.  They went as far as to call my credit card company and play a recording of the last part of the converstation they had with me originally in a three way call and then yelled down the phone that it is non-refundable while I was talking to the credit card rep.  According to visa there is nothing they can do because I agreed--sound familiar?  I think credit card companies are aiding and abetting criminals--doesn't that make them criminals as well or at least profiting from criminal activity?  Anyway the visa rep told me to phone back as she couldn't talk to me while the universal adventure harasser was on the line.  while I was calling visa on the land line Universal left 7 messages on my cell phone mostly of my recorded conversation with them or just dead air.  They called from a number of numbers 912 264 6043 and 912 434 1984 and 912 267 4861.  I did some research and came up with a couple of points.  The owner of the company is listed as Anthony Robles and the fax number is 888 573 0248.  I contacted phone busters, this is the RCMP hot line for phone scams and I am following their advise.

I wish all of the people who have been ripped off good luck getting these guys.  It is time they were stopped.
