Who is behind this toll free number?

I have researched this annoying phone number 866-800-2022.  They have called us relentlessly days on end.  His name is Michael Grinnell.  His wife's name is Sheila.  They are from Florida.  While their goons are annoying the hell out of all of us, they are cruising around Australia without a care in the world.  I have reported them to the FCC and I now know their cell numbers.  If the calls don't stop immediately, I will share this information with the world.  We can give old Mikey a taste of his own medicine.

Keeps calling, i told them I was not interested. My cell phone is my business line and they keep interupting sales calls.

This is some college calling me. Its so annoying and i told them i didnt want to go to their college and they wont stop calling me.

I have my number registered as a "do not call number" - isn't there something that can be done?

You file a complaint - that is what must be done..

If you are on do not call list - it's your responsibility to report these illegal calls.

Just go the donotcall.gov website and click on file a complaint

Received this call on my cell on Sunday morning yet! I report every one to the Donotcall.gov  website.
Please everyone do this! The fines levied by the FTC are based on # of complaints.

Assuming the call is illegal. Since this number has been calling since 2008 and there are only a handful of reports, the chances of them operating illegally do not seem to be good.  What goods or services was this caller selling or how were you being screened as a sales prospect for a third party?  If the caller was not doing either of those and you have not requested them not to call, no violation that the FCC can fine them for has taken place.  Unless this is a dead air call, what, exactly, are you going to report to the FCC that would cause them to even look at this caller?
