    Junk fax received today.  "Affordable Healthplan"  This is the number given on the fax to call and enroll.
    Have previously received same junk fax with different phone numbers.  Reported to FCC

    This company sends me daily faxes.  I have called the number to block faxes and even did it on the web site but they won't stop and keep faxing every single day!!!!  How, Who, Where do I report this????

    The number on my fax is 866-800-4649 and 866-804-9392 both to affordable Healthplan.

    Affordable Healthplan keeps sending me junk faxes!!!  I have sent 9 request to remove my number by phone and also went to wwww.stop-faxes.com to remove.  The junk faxes keep coming every SINGLE day.  Sometimes 3x a day.  How do I get them to stop?  They are using up all my ink and paper!!
