- GeneSet your machine to fax their phone # as many times as it will, then start over again. Does no good, but at least you are wasting their time since they wasted yours. Can also call and lose connection repeatedly, so you have to call back to talk to them. They called you first, you do have the right to return the call and speak to them as many times as necessary to resolve the issue.

- BobI received the second junk fax in a week from them. Removal number is now 877-527-2354. I called the main number and pretended to be a potential customer. They gave me a company name of American Benefit and Service Association and a website of www.yourplaninfo.com. Neither of these leads anywhere.
- CJ replies to CJAnd again today.
- Passing ThroughRemoval number is same as Bob's; this site may help with junk faxes (I haven't evaluated it, but it has great information): http://www.junkfax.org/index.html
Examining the Web page, the following email addresses are included:
info@aaabenefit.com (http://ws.arin.net/whois/?queryinput=!%20NET-64-152-0-0-1 reports this in Colorado)
info@selectmedicalplus.com
***** YourPlanInfo.com is registered via DomainsByProxy (http://who.godaddy.com/WhoIs.aspx?domain=yourplaninfo.com&prog_id=godaddy); in other words, they're hiding from consumers. Beware. By the way, the password to get into their site is "usa" but you don't even need this: http://yourplaninfo.com/information.html is the link to which the password sends you. That page links to other websites:

I'll leave any research on the above as an exercise to the reader, but be careful; sites like this can carry malware. I will provide basic information on the parent sites:
***** AAABenefit.com (same page as YourPlanInfo, verify here: http://www.aboutus.org/AaaBenefit.com) is deactivated due to invalid WHOIS information, meaning...the below is probably fake...but the following is on record:

That's it. You should be able to use my research to do your own. By the way, the website listed at the bottom of the fax "www.stop-faxes.com" is reported by other Internet users to INCREASE the number of faxes you receive. If you want to sue them (or participate in the class-action lawsuits they'll surely get), you may find some benefit at the very first link I provided, above.- Caller: Unknown

- NickHey my father is a lawyer specializing in TCPA cases, specifically faxes. I am researching a lawsuit on these guys. If anyone wants to contribute evidence, send your faxes to:
Stephen H. Ring, P.C.
506 Main Street, Suite 215
Gaithersburg, Maryland 20878
It can really pay off...
Thanks
