They call and use several different calling numbers.  Telemarketer wanting to sell insuracne.  They are affiliated with Wells Fargo so if you have a loan with them, that is why they are calling and how they got your information.

It is a recording when you call back and says to enter your phone # to be removed, but it will take 30 days. Well, they obviously do not remove you as they will not stop calling.  They do not have to listen to the Nation Do Not Call list since they claim your affiliation with Wells Fargo as a reason, even though they are 2 totally different entities.

This number also calls my house everyday...I called them back and a computer voice told me that it is some type of insurance company that had a special offer for me and would be calling me again.

They call quite often but never leave a message.

These people call our house several times per week, and I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their list.  The person was completely obnoxious, and refused to let me speak to a superviser.  I am filing a complaint with the FCC.  You can do the same, if you have asked them to remove your name from their list.  The complaint form is located at: http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints_tcpa.html

They say call Marie at 212-770-1215. You will need to call her an complain to remove your phone# from the list.SHE NEVER ANSWERS BY THE WAY NOTE: they also pull the same crap on another phone# which is 866-297-2754. They say 30 days to remove from their list. It should be immediate! Who wants to be disturbed
for the next 30 days!! They supposedly have a relationsip with Wells Fargo
and this gives them the right to call us? I only have a mortgage with them. You will need to call Wells Fargo customer service and complain
have your name removed from all lists. This should stop annoying calls in the near future from bogus companies. Since the Rodney (the last commenter) could not get a mgr to speak to, call the marketings legal staff and demand their # be removed immediately. The contact name is Nicole Pace at 302-594-2458. As mentioned, they are an affiliate of Wells Fargo, and they are calling you because you probably have a mortgage with them. What you need to is call the customer service number on your Wells Fargo billing statement.  After you wade through all of the computer options and finally speak to a service rep, ask them to place a "privacy stop" on your account.  This will remove your number from the calling lists of their afilliates.

This number is calling several times a day. I made a  mistake & answered the call today, but there was no answer, just a hang up. I called both the 866 number and the number listed above. I have asked to quit calling asap...again, I guess we will see...

Several 800 or 866 numbers do this.  It is probably from the same person.

They probably are mad at privacy loving people.  Can't make money so bug the (I'm not sure its polite to say the word in public) out of everyone.

This number calls several times during the day and into the evening and night.  I do not answer and they do not leave message.  This has been going on for quite a while, months.

Telephone number 866-800-5475 has called my home so many times a month that it has become way beyond harrassing.  I have kept track of all the unwanted calls and this number is so persistant that yesterday (02/26/2008) I counted 6 calls, which probly would have been more but my computer ties up my telephone line.  I am on the governments do not call list and report it each time to no avail. 866-800-5475 called at 11am,  1pm,  2pm,  4pm, 5pm, and 8pm.

You can go to your Wells Fargo Account online and change your privacy settings.  It may help.  The defaults let them share with their affiliates and call or write you themselves.

Have been home w/the flu for a few days and I'm furious.  Have received 9 calls from them!  It's enough to make me change my mortgage company!  Thanks to all for the contact tips which I will immediately use.

Received a call from this number this evening and there was noone there.  I do not have any business with Wells Fargo.

I tried to call the last number mentioned for Nichole Pace and it did not work.  The line just dropped out, no answer, no ringing, no fax line, just nothing. It must be a wrong number.
