    Official sounding call.  Poor voice quality with lots of background conversations -- obviously a call center.  Identifies the call from (not sure based on poor quality sound ->) NCO Collection and wants person identified (my college student) to call back today.  No other info about "debt".  The problem is my college student has no debt to anyone.  Call was left on voice message service, so no Caller ID.  Number listed and company name is from actual voice message.  I'm thinking scam or identity theft as possibilities.
