- loan default luvr| 1 replyYeah I'm sure it's WaMu. They recently reversed a chargeback on me for an item I never received from somewhere so I overdrew my account on purpose before they could take back the credit they gave me. Screw them. I can block up to 12 numbers with Comcast Digital Voice. They can add it to my bad credit from Chase from a long time ago lol.
- Caller: WaMu Collections

- 866-810-4601I get a call from this number EVERY SINGLE DAY at 7 AM. When I told the gentleman that he was calling too early and that I thought there were rules about that, he informed me that he could call whenever he was most likely to get ahold of me. I closed my account over a month ago; Chase/WAMU apparently paid an auto-pay for my phone bill 2 weeks after the account was closed. I deposited the amount of the overpay, but I'll be danged if I'm going to pay $34 overdraft for a payment that the bank chose to make on an account that I CLOSED!

- PrismThis number calls my cell phone several times a day. I do not have an account with WaMu, and my chase account has been closed for months. When I try to call the number back, I am put on hold for mere minutes before I am disconnected. I have tried calling back several times in an attempt to get to the bottom of this, and nothing!
The caller refuses to leave a message when they call, and they always call when ever I am unable to answer. I work nights and the calls interrupt my sleep! I am so tired of this!- Caller: WaMu

- fed upI'm 16 years old and these people have been calling me 3 times a day for the last 2 weeks. Once at 8am, then 12 and finally 6pm. I'm really starting to get annoyed.

- rev replies to Struggling Small Biz Owner| 1 replyF-ing scumbags keep calling here every 15 mins. Its a marketing scam from WaMu or something.
- rev replies to rev866 819-4601 whys does the Govt allow this F-ing scumbag company WaMu to keep calling every 10-15 mins. Its just a computer and they will not stop. I think we should get the numbers for all of the boardmembers of Wamu including their [***] President and call them all day and night. Give these [***] a taste of their own crap.
- MikeIf you have an overdrawn Chase account they will call you from this number as well as 800-935-9935, since Chase now owns Washington Mutual.
- Caller: Chase
- Call type: Debt collector
- AnonymousThey gave me the "your account is overdrawn shtick" (which it wasn't). THEN they asked for my SS# "to make sure that we have the right account." I called Chase/WaMU via the real number and the rep said that they don't call their customers regarding overdrawn alerts (at $33 a pop, why would they?). In general, banks and credit card companies don't call their customers and if they do, they have all the information they need about you right in their database. DON'T ever give someone information like that when THEY are the ones calling YOU.
- MuchachaPast month this number 1-866-810-4601 keeps calling today 09/02/2009 I have received 7 calls from this number. I have not answered this number since i have a recorder and no message has been left.
- ragamuffinSince WAMU is now CHASE, would it be CHASE?
- JamesGot a call from this number the other night. My overdrawn account is currently disputed and under review. It told the guy that on the other end. He asked for my claim number, I was never given a claim number. Shouldn't they have that on file? He then asked for my home address, I told him no because they should have that on file. Then he asked for an alternate number to be reached at. At that point I just hung up.
