This company contacted a friend of mine to get in touch with me, stated they were a company called Cooper, Hoffman, and Klein. The person said that I had pending felony charges from a county court. Well I did research on the Company name used and it comes up as a company that calls with scams to get people to repay loans. I went on to ask where the office was located and he said Houston, TX and I have located it online and it actually located in Virginia.

Block this number they call so many times in one day

They refused to give me my money back I filed a complaint with the attorney general they refused to talk to my attorney and they hung up in my face. Threatened that I was going to jail and court scared me into paying 150.00 now refusing to pay back my money. What should I do?

Continue to get calls from this phone number and it is a recording saying that this is our final request.  We are not in compliance with providing information, etc.....

They keep saying fraud charges against me and if I want to keep it out of court to call them back today but call it and just get answering machine and no call back. I did request a loan and played them $200 then they wanted $400 said I didn't have it so now have these people calling me

received call from "Amelia" from Cooper/Hoffman claiming a relative has criminal and civil charges on them, even gave a case "docket"number but don't know what court, anyone know if this is a scam?

Beware off this scam you can not go to jail this what scammers do lie and try to scare people with cops . Did any one bet a letter that you had to sign for with this company name name on it. People have call the cops on them and report them to FCC  if nobody will they never stop doing this use common sense

Just phone call to a disabled person with a message for the relative no letters or anything this is supposed to be "Amelia's" direct number

I got a call from them stating,that I WAS being taken to court, if I didn't pay my loan. THEY said they have to have the money tomorrow. HER name was AMELIA..

This is a scumbag company called Cooper, Hoffman, and Klein, Trying to scare people into calling
them with a fake case against your account. Totally scum people and fake company.
One can only hope that they read this blog and see that people are not deceived by their BS.
