Firstsource  collection angency

pass due on a sears card payment and sears sold account to this collection agency I've paid the bill over sears automated system and have told this to the collection agency and they continue to say I'm refusing to pay because I don't want to pay the same bill twice... I keep getting phone calls ALL the time from them and it is making me very mad... I'm trying to get sears to call them to tell them to shove it that the bill has been paid. If not and it appears on my credit report I'm suing...

robocalled, there was no answer when I picked up.

Ha!  Just had these people call my work for someone who doesn't even work here.  She asked for the person and I told her we don't have any employees by that name.  So she proceeds to spell it....irritating me further....so I talked over her and said we don't have anyone by that name.  She got all mad and said "WELL YOU DON'T HAVE TO YELL!"  and hung up on me.  Hahaha!!  Stupid woman!

Someone from this number keeps calling me but beer leaves a voicemail. I will not return the call but how do I get them from calling me.

This collection agency keeps calling me for a debt I do not owe. I called my lawyer and he told me to run my credit and if the account they claim in in collections it will be on my report.
He went on to say that if it was not on my credit report, then it is a scam by a phony collection company.
I had my lawyer call the number and the rep on the phone wouldn't give the name of the company or an address where they were located.
I ran my credit, and sure enough, the "collections" account was not on there!!
Do not be scammed - if your debt is sold to a collection agency and they refuse to stop calling or send you paperwork - then it is a scam.  ALL of the credit reporting agencies will do FREE investigations on items on your credit report... Look into it & get erroneous information off your credit report...  :-)

They keep calling me. I answered once and it was some 'talent agency'. Even when I told them to stop calling me, they keep doing it.

Someone is using my phone number and the name of a woman who was murdered by her boyfriend, who than killed himself.  Lisa Bacon was murdered in August of 2009 in Lexington County. I don't know if Lisa Bacon is her real name or if she is using the name of the dead woman.

866-812-5810 called me at 2:o1 pm today.  I picked up the receiver and didn't answer finally a women said hello,hello and I said yea what do you want? and they hung up..

This number was calling on behalf of ITT Technical Institute or a.k.a. "Crook outfit" which is a sham of a school.

Yes, it is SHAM/SCAM.

They called and there was only silence on the other end when I answered. They are probably chasing after Conrad Lewis, some unknown clown chased by another a collection agency who thinks he lives here. The idiots don't know which way is up.

Fun fact: ITT Tech recently has been sued by the CFPB for predatory lending with their "private loans". I highly insist if you have a temporary credit and/or private loan through ITT to file a complaint on the CFPB website.
