- mary| 1 replyRecieved this text and called after a few days. Gave them my email and social security. They used that information to log in to my FSA and change my password without telling me. How did I know that? I received an official email from the actual FSA saying that my password was changed all while I was on the phone with this fraudulent company. That's the only way they were able to know how much I owe. Smh. Please dont fall for this. I was up to the step of them taking out money. They asked for my credit card information and when I told them I didnt have it on me (which I didnt because I was driving) they asked for my debit card number. They even send out emails and have a website created just for this. Be careful and just use your actual provider.
