looked it up. its NCO financal systems... just don't answer.. there rip off artists....

I have been getting calls from these guys for weeks and have ignored them until today, when I called them back to ask that they stop calling. When I called, I got a recording, then was disconnected twice.

NCO is a collection agency with a bad rep. DO NOT talk to them on the phone. Instead send a cease and desist letter by certified mail (see budhibbs.com for free sample) and also request validation of any debts you may owe them. If they dont respond they are full of crap. If they do respond you can take their written response to a lawyer and decide what to do. Talking to them on the phone just encourages further harassment.

Called here, I answered they said nothing.

Had a voice message from this number on my cell.  They didn't identify who they were calling for.  Must be a scam.  I don't owe anyone and I monitor my credit report.  I just ignored it and didn't call them back.

Repeated calls to cell phone. No messages. No reason for the calls. This is a totally despicable company that uses deception and scare tactics. Report it to your state's A.G. and the BBB (not that they're fully legit ...)
