    It's NCO Financial Systems - a collection agency. They never leave a message which I think is more rude than receiving an automated message.

    they switch between this number and 918-280-0811 which is out of Oklahoma- it is NCO Financial according to this number lookup- they are calling my cell phone and never leave messages-this country needs laws with teeth to make these bottom feeders tow the line and stop the harassment
