    I received a call from this number on my cell phone but had missed the call. I didn't bother calling it back since I don't recognize the number and I don't intend to. If anyone else knows of this number, please let me know.

    I also get another "866" number call on my house phone and it's creepy because all they do is hang up. I noticed other comments. Has anyone reported this to the Police?
