They called twice a day apart. I'm list on the "do not call dot gov" list. Leave a message or quit calling me.

Also called two days apart twice/day. I think it's Comcast.

Called three times in one day and would not leave a message. Harassment. I plan to find out if it is Comcast. Thanks for posting that info.

I actuall called back and got a voice mail in computer voice that said it was a personal assitant for some one named Roland Ettaman Glenn. When i pushed the option to be connected, it of course "couldn't find" the individual and disconnected me when I tried to leave a message to tell them to [***].

I get a call twice a week from this number for the last month.  I'm in Portland Oregon.  I had the same message when I called it back.  If this is Comcast - I am a customer so they have my number for billing purposes - not much I can do about it.  Why would Comcast call me like this though?  Why the false return call?  I think this is some little sh*t with too much free time.

I just got a call that dropped when I answered it from this number.  I called back and got that automated message.  Decided to google it and here's what it came up with.  I guess I get to look forward to some more annoying calls from this number.  Great...

I'm getting the same phone call and I'm in Portland, Oregon too! But my number is a Bellevue, Washington number.  I called Comcast and the guy I spoke with called the number to see if he could figure it out.  He said that 8264 is a Comcast extension but they don't use 866 numbers. I don't know whats going on, but its so irritating! I'm on the Do Not Call list as well.  This number has called me 4 times in the last 2 weeks, 3 times in the last 2 days!

I keep getting calls from this number too.  I'm in Portland (actually Hillsboro, but metro area) too.  I had Comcast in my last apartment, and canceled when I moved...  returned the equipment...  haven't paid the bill yet, but it's not due and it's only $25! so why would they call?!  google search showed DR Horton lists this number as Comcast, and then this site.  Just wish they would stop calling, or at least leave a message if they want to actually get ahold of me!

As soon as I canceled my Comcast account I started getting at least 2 calls a day from this number.  That has been since 7/13/09.  They are harrassing customers and need to stop.

I just cancelled Comcast in Hillsboro, OR too. This number calls me everyday. How irritating!

I am also in the Portland area and I started receiving calls from this number (866-824-8264) on my cell phone a few weeks ago, right around the time I called to schedule my Comcast cancellation.  I get an option to select one of two voicemails, one a man named Drew Price and one a woman named Lexy Tyler.  If I select one of the two options it says I can leave a message after the tone, but never gives me the tone, it just goes straight into another menu.

I called the main Comcast number (1-800-266-2278) and spoke with a rep there and she said that the Comcast number is actually 888-824-8264 (not 866), and she was very nice and removed my cell number from their records so that if it turns out it is Comcast they will no longer have my number.  She also said that she would report the number and the people's names to her supervisor so that they can investigate it.

Shortly after I called Comcast customer support (see the post just above this one) I received a call back from them explaining that the 866 number that had been calling me was an attempt to confirm my cancellation request (this explains why the calls started right after I called to cancel service).  They couldn't give me a reason why no one had bothered to ever leave a message, which I let them know was highly annoying and if they had bothered to leave a message I would have called them back already and saved us both a lot of hassle.

So they just confirmed my cancellation date and reminded me to return my equipment and that was it.
