This toll free number would call you and will not even speak when you pick up the phone they just listen at the end of the wire. Very RUUUUDDDE!!!! Since I have a caller ID I called them back and as usual, the person that picked up was just quiet listening on the open line so, I told them that have a ball to at least speak up when calling because it's very annoying and RUDE! They call many times  in a day and they don't even care what time...sometimes very early in the morning if not, very late at night.
