- kdaxirThey keep calling and hanging up
- SED| 2 repliesThis is SGQ processing, a payday loan company. By googling there name they could be a scam loan company. It seems that they deposit $300.00 and take more than they should back out. If you accept a loan watch your bank account close.
You all need to add payday loan to the call type as well as scam call.- Caller: SGQ PROCESSING
- Call type: Debt collector

They never send you emails or call you on anything. I called them and they said they were unavailed and to please leave your name, SSN number and account number and they will get back with you. I didn't leave anything because I need to speak to a person.- Caller: SGQ Processing
- lgriffin replies to CalThe same info I have also and yes ask for SSN or Acct. I did receive a call back but of course they called you when you are not at home. I'm calling that number again and see what happens.

- angelicai got a loan from this company and tired to call them back to see how much they are going to take out my bank on my due date but they dont answer what do i do please help
- Rick replies to SED| 1 replyIts a scam when you have to pay the money back, but acceptable when you get the money right? Why didn't you Google the company first? They take the loan amount plus their fees back. And if you're late, they charge more fees. You need to read all there terms before you take money from them. Don't blame the company when you don't read all the terms. But don't call them a scam when you don't do their do diligence. They're not going to charge more than they can charge and get sued and shut down. They've been around for awhile because they don't breach contracts.
- Iyonnethey keeping calling me harrassing me about money..
- Caller: SGQ
- Dee EliseApparently in 2013 I took a loan out and they are NOW just calling me. Anyways, I do not remember this loan at all and I do not appreciate being harassed and all that. I am not going to give my account information and credit card to people that may be a scam I am not stupid. I just wondered if anyone else is having this problem?

- I received a call from this company saying I took a loan out in 2012 for $300 which I never did. They threatened me with jail time and to take money from my account. Why would it take all this time to contact me about a loan from 2012? I was never loaned any money in 2012 or anytime there after. Seems like a scam to get my banking info.

- Lisa| 1 replyDavid Wolf and Ken Murphy from "Sgq Processing" called me and claimed they're calling on behalf of the county I live in. (It caught me off guard as a county employee) When I spoke to them they said it was for an online payday loan, and if I didn't settle it they we're going to process the paperwork and I could face prosecution even beong aressted at my job. I wrote down mostly everything they said. When contacted them again the following day I spoke to David, I stated I never took out an online payday loan anywhere those are predatory lending scams, I requested proof he gave me January 2010 but processed January 2011? He refused to mail or email me proof of a physical evidence saying they sent it in March of 2015. I told him he was violating FTC guidelines his sounded like a little kid "NO IM NOT, NO!" I told him i doubt the validity of your company and i'm not giving you any of my bank information over the phone. He said he will freeze my accounts, have me arrested at work, take me to court and it will end up being 4,500 in the end win they win. I filed a complaint with the Ftc and Bbb, I told him instead of showing me the validity of the account he just yells and accuses me even after telling him I never used an online payday loan. And Rick ^ sounds like he works for the company! Just be on alert with them, especially if you never take these types of loans. I asked for copies, dates, and exact amounts and he couldn't produce anything, a reputable business and even debt collectors can do that much!

- CWG40 replies to LisaTotal scam. Being in ordinary civil debt is not a crime and you cannot be arrested for it. This is just an attempt to scare some money out of you.
Report them:
http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection (Threatening criminal prosecution to collect a civil debt is a clear violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Act)
Also contact your local attorney general
If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now. - CAHI just got alerted on my credit report (Equifax & TransUnion) that these slime balls reported this on my credit report. Mind you, I don't ever recall taking a loan from them. I thought they had to notify you in writing if they are trying to collect a debt, a valid debt at that! No phone call or anything, just popped up on my credit file today! Furious!
- Jessica| 1 replyCAH-Same thing just happened to me yesterday. I am furious. I have never taken out a Payday loan in my entire life. They say it was from January 2012. It is now reported on my credit report. I am in the process of disputing it with all 3 credit bureaus. I have contacted Midwest Recovery Services where it shows that it is with them and they are supposed to be getting it taken off my credit report. If that doesn't work then I will take further steps. FURIOUS!
- Jess@CAH @Jessica-- I just checked my credit karma report today and seen they (12 SGQ Processing) opened this case in Sept 2016 for $670 which I never took out! I am going to file a dispute as well!
