Lower your credit card interest rate. I pressed 9 to speak to a live agent and told him to take me off his call list and he used profanity and called me names and told me to get off the phone. Ironically, if his company had not called me, I would not be on the phone with him.

I have shares in this company but I will not pick up or speak to the people at this number because I think it is a SCAM. ROTTEN FKS call twice a day but DON'T leave a message most of the time. So WHAT is their point.

Besides, the date to vote was on Oct 17th. Why are they STILL CALLING? Probably because they want to try and trick me into revealing info. GOFKYRSELF-SCAMBASTURDS!

I beleive my information has been compromised and have no intention of responding to this caller/number except to block it in the future.

Call your broker and complain to HIM about why you are being harassed by this company. Bet they are on the way out. I might just sell what i have and tell them to fo pork off....

KILL SPAMMERS replies to Kevin D.
Don't EVER call them back. This tells them they have a 'live' one. Let them starve to death from lack of activity in answering or responding. They can only do this so long before they give up and hopefully, DIE OF EBOLA!

That would be great if all the scammers could be put in a cell together and bleed out their eyes, anus and mouth for their abusive practices...

Don't believe it. I've had shares of this company for YEARS. This is the first time they have EVER called me. I think they got my number from some [***] who compromised my info.

Do not pick up. Do not call back and let your broker know you are pissed that they sold you out.

    BS.

The time to vote is long over (Oct 17). IF this number was legit, they would have stopped bothering people by now.

Your broker sold your info to these basturds and now they are trying to scam you into revealing info.
Sell GLD and get something else. Also get another broker. They are part of the problem.

Stock brokers are the scum of the earth...the whole stock market is a "pump and dump" scam for the Bankster-steins on Wall St.  They call me morning and night on this number....as "Unavailable."  They're unavailable all right; they should be jail-able.

These criminals call me morning and night as "Unavailable."  I talked to them once and found out they're want me to sign my voting rights on GLD fund to them.
Sell GLD....In fact, sell all your stock; the stock market is nothing but a "pump and dump" scam for insider-steins.

    SPDR Scam replies to me
This is a scam. The time to vote on SPDR ended on Oct 17, 14. They still call at least once or twice a day.

So why do people keep getting calls from this POS that refuses to leave a voice message?
Because it is a SCAM.  Answer your phone at your own risk, but do not call back. That tells them you care...

I'm not answering. I AM letting it ring the full 6 times so it keeps them busy from bothering OTHER people.

    Your welcome...!

Hi Kevin replies to Kevin D.
    Hey Kevin,

The [***] calling is NOT SPDR. It is a scammer. Doesn't it make you wish the NSA gave as much of a schit about these domestic terrorists as they do looking at info without a warrant?

Why won't the NSA do something about these scamming basturds.

I wish someone could post the reason for that.

The number is listed here:  http://www.spdrgoldshares.com/

Hopefully the calls will stop after December 17th.  Didn't know I was getting into phone harassment when I bought GLD.  Actually, the fact they've dropped 12% is worse!  :-(

Your vote is critical to ensure these proposals are approved. All shareholders are therefore encouraged to vote their shares as soon as possible.

You can learn more about our proposals by clicking here or by calling our shareholder solicitation agent, DF King & Co., Inc., at (866) 828-9088. Calls from outside of the US, Canada and Mexico may be subject to toll charges.

Please note that although the shareholder voting period has been extended to December 17, 2014, it is subject to the early termination of this Consent Solicitation, including if the consent of Shareholders holding 51% of the Trust's outstanding Shares has been received for the two proposals, or the extension of the voting period at the discretion of the Sponsor.

The Company is D.K. King--they are a paid proxy soliciation company hired by SPRD Gold Trust to get stock holders to vote their shares. This soliciation was registered with the SEC before it took place.

I also have GLD, and have received calls the last week.
I never answered, they left no message,
but I am pretty sure they are calling to record my voting instructions.
So I wouldn't call it spam.
Maybe if I check with their website I can "unsubscribe"

    NOT SPDR replies to me
"If you should have any questions, please call 1-866-828-9088. As a shareholder of the Trust, it is likely that your Financial Advisor has invested ..."

This is not SPDR. It is a scammer trying to harvest data if you are dumb enough to speak to them. Each time they call, I know who they are because I have them in my contacts under the name 'little weenie'.

    It makes me laugh!

I wish the NSA would do something about them.

These SOB's are targeting people with brokerage accounts. I have been called by this number every day for the past two months. The voting ended on Oct 17.

So WHY do YOU think they still want to 'talk' to me? Because they are my FRIEND and want to give me something for NOTHING????

Yeah right. I would boil them in hot oil if I knew where they lived. Really. Especially since the gov/nsa/phone companies don't seem to think that PHONE HARASSMENT is a problem.

The basturds at this number don't bother to leave a message. So WTF do they expect? I pick up, nobody says anything.

My response to this childish criminal behavior?

    GO DIE!
