Who are they? When I pick up no one is there, and they never leave a message.

Received a message from this number today. A man on the other end said he was calling all nurses in
this area of NY. He said "you are an RN aren't you"? At that point I just said "I am not interested and hung
up". I had received a call about a month ago from this same number and many times since but have not
answered the call and they left no message. I won't give or confirm any information over the phone especially
since I have no idea of who they are. He only said he is from the Education Dept. My phone number is unlisted.

Have been gettin repeated calls with hang ups, finally I answered on the 1st ring, so the guy was there. He said he was calling from Education Services and asked if I was a nurse--which I am. He asked if I was an RN or BSN, RN which I am the latter so he said "OK, I can tell you about our Master's programs".

I told him to take me off their list.

I mean, really, bizarre! If I wanted my Master's in Nursing--it would not be because a stranger from a call center in India called my house to tell me to go to Graduate School. I mean, hello?? So weird.

These clowns call at least 3 times a day never leave a message.  It is a scam from overseas, and they are gathering SSN's...

Thank corporate America's outsourcing setting up call centers, credit card customer support... in India and the Philipines and giving access to our personal information.

I just got a call from them at my home phone. Called asking for my deceased mother who died 12 years ago. She never lived at this address, and her family has moved between the time of her death and now. She was an RN (like a previous poster to this forum). Whoever these people are theya are creepy.

They have been calling all week at least twice a day now. Name shows up as '800 service'. They leave a message but it's just a dial tone.

These dummies kept on calling two to three times a day.What they don't know is the U.S is watching them very close and they will take action with a big action law-sue.There is better way to earn living instead of harassing people with all theses scams!!!!!

this is a online education company.  they are harrassing me. up to 4 calls per day

getting calls twice per day for several days now, no one will answer and when you call back they want you to leave a number and name. Not gonna do it

We get repeated calls and when we answer no one says anything....annoying.

this number keeps calling my 10 year old daughter we bought the phone just for security reasons for back to school and keep comunicating with her on this crazy world but this people keeps calling her ned to get more info please to make them stop this now. any help?

Just answer the phone once, tell them that you are sick of the calls and that you're not interested in whatever they're calling about and to be placed on their do not call list... Sound a little aggravated, it'll help your case... Although, when the girl on the other end started apologizing and said she'd put us on the do not call list, I felt like a major [***], because the people who call are just doing their job... It's an organization thing.
