yes I just got one today and I have no idea who or what this is but they said they are coming to my home and place of business. I am letting the police know.

they have been calling me also.  Saying they will be here in 30 min.  they have no idea where HERE is.  lol

These people are very rude and have been calling me with different reps saying one thing then call again saying they are coming to my place of business or home this is harassment !!

Just got a call from 470-774-9222 telling me the same thing and that I needed to call 866-834-6280 for a pending case on me. Funny thing though when I called the number person would not Identify their company name for me and then hung up on me! These places need to be put out business, they try these scare tactics that dont work! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!

They call from 4707749222 leaving a phone number of 8668346280.  They call threatening to serve papers against my daughter tomorrow for a fraud case.  The only fraud is this company identifying themselves as Legal One.  This bottom feeder illegal debt collector needs to be shut down for good.  Not allowed to reopen under another bogus name. These are bully's trying to frighten people.  The attorney general better start doing their job and close them down.

I just got a call from them, and I was worried because they said they have a pending fraud case for me because I took out a payday loan in 2006? I don't even know what the heck that is or the company they said I took a payday loan from.

This is the third time these turds have tried this scare tactic on me.  This time i got a call from Melinie Spegal asking me to call 866-834-6280 or they would be serving me, my mother and brother with a pending fraud case.  

I sure would like to think of a whitty responce that i could call them back with but its not worth the time.

I'm receiving calls from this number as well but through other family members phones & asking for me by a name I had almost 20 yrs ago. They are leaving threatening messages on another persons voicemail about some legal stuff and that they are going to show up at my home or my job if I don't contact them immediately...what kind of mess is that to leave on someone else's phone, making me look like a criminal or something....who the hell are these people?? They leave a call back # as 866-834-6280.  When I called back they didn't me give their name just asked me for a case # so I hung up.  I'm glad I found this website b/c now I'm taking everything to the police....

Received voicemails from Nicholas Stewart, stating he would be coming to serve me. Contact 866-834-6280 and left a reference number, when I call they just say how can I help you? not even an a Comapny Name. So I asked and they stated they are with NCR. They have a pending claim against me and are going to serve me for a lawsuit. I asked several different questions regarding the lawsuit and they would not give me direct answers. When I asked them to send me validation of their company and the lawsuit she said she would email it to me. 24 hours later I still do not have an email in my inbox or Junk mail. I called again the lady didn't understand why I was calling after I asked from which email address would it come from. Got very Rude! I asked again I just need some kind of verification from your company, what is your email address. National Claim Resources, NCR.com, after looking them up it doesn't look like that is the same company.

These sorry excuse for humans called and said they was coming between 12-5 to serve papers at a old address that I haven't been too in over 3 years or my job.  I called them back and told me about a loan I never heard of.  She said she couldn't take no less than 100 down payment then set up payments. I said I didn't have it then she said 50.    So I called the people that they said I had the loan from and they said they dont have me on file and LEGAL ONE  was a fraud and dont verify anything with them or give them money. ...

Threatening call - they may have my social.  I took out a payday loan off the internet for 200.00 - they charged be 250.00 in interest.  overpaid and I changed my debit card.  Blue sky loans.  Major fraud.  Lets report these people.

Recieved 2 calls from an UNK number. They did leave a message with information regarding needing to contact them immediately as I had a pending case against my social and it was a civil matter. Gave a document number for me to call another 800 number to discuss closing out the issue before I'm served. If this was a real debt they would provide a written notice. When mentioned of this, they did not provide one and hung up.

I am getting calls for my ex sister-in-law. The number is blocked, but the caller is identified as Kelly at Legal one and associates. I know where my ex sister in law lives, but I do not know her phone number and have no contact with her. This Kelly has called me twice now once yesterday 8-19 and today 8-20. She has now given my ex sister a stern message on the answering machine and threatening to make a visit. Have talked to the police and gotten nothing in response for help. Tried contacting the business bureau but that was a joke in itself. Unsure where to go from here, but as someone with high anxiety disorder and asperger's, this is not helping. Hoping someone can give me an idea to stop these calls.

They continuously call with threats. Kelly with legal one. I have the calls recorded. I hope they do show up for small claims court. I have forwarded this info to my attorney as well as the BBB. KEEP CALLING!!!

Not even 20 mins ago I get this call and they leave a message cause I didn't answer cause it came up private caller. A lady named Ashley Parker left the number 888-245-6004 and a 6 digit claim number for me to call her back saying she needed to talk to me she was coming to see me Friday to serve me but wanted to talk to me first before hand. I call back some lady answers the phone and all she says is hello no company name nothing. I ask for Ashley and am told she doesn't work there she's just a claim processor. She asks for that 6 digit number and says she needs to transfer me to the senior something or other i don't remember her title but once that lady answers the phone she asks me if they have the right last 4 of my social. I confirm yet when I ask her to tell me the name and address of the company she works for she becomes hostile and starts yelling at me. Tells me she controls things and I don't get to speak wtf???

Some ghetto chic Ashley Parker is calling from 888-245-6004 RUDE [***] female. How do they even get jobs. I dont have time for that crap. Legal ONe my ass. Lets see when i start speaking another language she might understand, lol DUmb chic. Ppl need to stop. get a real job.

what did police say did they ever come to your house ? i get those call all the time freakin me out

i have been getting alot of calls from them sayng i will go to jail have my id ready for when they come . has anyone ever had any one come ? how can we stop theses calls?????
