called today and they hung up did not say anything

They did not answer. Using multiple 8xx numbers.  Constantly harassing calls when mortgage payment isn't received on the 1st day the payment is due, even though there is no penalty, other additional interest, until the late date.  I've got an automatic payment to pay by the 5th.  No clue on customer service.  I'm going to refinance just to get rid of them.

When you do or don't answer they tact a $50 - 60.00 charge on your monthly note.

If you answer to explain the date you will make your payment once a month. (5 -10 times a day), Esch time they call, even if your answering machine pickup, someone will come to your home to see if it's  abandon. A fee of $50.00 - $60.00 will be to your monthly payment. Plus a
late charge if after the 1st.. Yes even after speaking to you or your answering machine. Some of the people that comes by your home looks very rough.

I don't even HAVE a mortgage.They don't leave a message but ring the phone every day.

The call multiple times a day, and ALWAYS hang up when I answer the phone.  How is this not harassment?

Nationstar/Mr. Cooperis accepting my money, but not crediting to my account. They continue to harass me even though they’ve caught their error, but they haven’t reflected that my account is actually in good standing. This can’t be legal.

We’re having the same issue with this company. Same setup. It’s drafted out every month. Where is the money going is what I want to know.

The fax is to the attention of a former employee, announcing an inheritance, to be shared 50/50 with Mr Rofes.

I got the same fax sent to a deceased person at my workplace.  Scam.

I'm  in the same boat. My account is up to date,  and their records never show this. I just ignore them because talking to them doesn't do any good. They're  crooks. You need to refinance.
