YES, this is also happening to me!  I've called and talked to them about 5 times and each time, they say it's corrected and yet it's not.

No, they don't and they can't. The department of banking and Federal Banking commissioner sets laws and standards as to what a mortgage company can or cannot do. They can't charge you a 50 or $60 fee for not answering your phone. You don't even have to give them your phone number I removed mine from my account so they can no longer call me. Yes they are a nuisance and call constantly when you are behind but they don't put erroneous fees that could get them shut down on your account simply for not answering their call

Reading here that this is Mr Cooper. My house through them is in foreclosure and they have told me there is nothing they can do.  But this number calls me several times a day for the last 2 months and has never left a message.  No name comes up on Caller ID.

That isn't true.  You need to consult an attorney.  Call you local BAR association and find a pro bono (no cost) or low cost attorney to help you.

Harassing.  Just as Dan says.  My payments are always on time with Mr. Cooper and they still call for something..

I don't even have a mortgage with nationstar. They should not be calling me on my work phone number - which isn't even tied to my current mortgage anyway. That means this is a spam
