- JackSame thing, student loans. I actually called my student loan provider, and they didn’t know what this was.

- CIRCUITRIDER| 1 replySame as above - including ref #. Though didn't sound like a robocall - more human. Still think it's a scam.

- lmcg| 1 replySame number, Lisa Wilson, and same reference number. I initially thought this might be real because I had just contacted my loan provider. But I thought even though the message sounded like it was from a real person she didn't use my name. I'm glad I googled it.

- TX residentSame call from Lisa Wilson and same reference number. I don't have a student loan. This time it sounded like a real person. Ugh. These people need a conscience...and an $%^kicking.

- Amber| 1 replySame as above, from Lisa Wilson, with reference number 050522. I do have a student loan, but also recently paid one of mine off, so I thought it was legit. I called back (with some skepticism, not planning to give any info) and was told to press 2 if my loan was under $5k. I did, and the recording said that I did not qualify for their program and my name would be removed. It's a scam.

- SarahDO NOT CALL BACK! Total waste of time. A person left me a voicemail, but didn't use my name, which should have been the first warning. If you do call back, it sounds like a legit Dept of Education call, but any choice says that you've been taken off the list and will not be called back. Will be blocking number.

- Rebecca replies to TroyFunny. She's giving out the same reference number to other people too! I just got the same voicemail. I have no student loans.
- a replies to TroyI got the same name and same reference number
- Dave| 1 replyRef # 050522 Called them, and talked very briefly to some guy. Asked who they were; he said, "We're reaching out to...." So I said, "Oh you're not Fedloans or Navient?" He said, "No..." I hung up.
Questions are:
How did they get my office number?
How do they even know if I have or do not have student loans?- Caller: Lisa Wilson
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- Simple replies to DaveThey dial thousands and thousands of numbers and leave the same message. They don't care if you have a loan or not. The odds are in their favor that all those calls will find someone who does.
- PattiSame caller, same reference #. Called loan provider and this isn’t one of their #’s and do not do business like this. SCAM!
