866-836-7694

I was called from number 917-268-9953 and they left a message that it was pertaining to a legal collection matter and that they would call any relative or friend that they had on file.  They stated we needed to call 866-836-7694 ext 247 and even gave a case number.  They said this was for collection of a payday loan that we have never taken out or received.  They have called my husband whom they say took out the loan, my mother in law and myself.  They informed me that they would be serving us today and would serve our son who also has my husbands name since they could not verify which one took out the loan.  The name of the company that I was given is URG.  I have read other stories that this is a fraud.  I will see if there is any papers at my house today to appear in court since she stated I would be served today.  The persons name is Lane Phillips.
