    This number is calling me using an anonymous or unidentified caller ID telling me that I have a debt or calling me because it is an debt collection agency. It seems to be a scam or malpractice. There is a woman name Franklyn leaving a message almost incomprehensible to get it. After several attempts to decipher the 1-866 #, I was able to call her back and she sounded fishy and telling me to give her my DOB and other personal info. Beware this is a scam!!!!
