Brockfield Associates Meridian Debt Collectors.  I'm innocent, I didn't do it!

They have been harassing us for a long time, most of this year at least. I have called them back at least 6 times, varified that it is not us they are after and have been told the number would be removed from their list, only to have them call again about a month later.
Two or three weeks ago, I called the Federal Trade Commission and filed a report, then called them and told them that and asked them to take my name off. I didn't even try to varify that time. I got another message from them yesterday. I think there are a couple of numbers they call from.

This company keeps calling my home phone for my adult son who used to live here. I have contacted them numerous times and given them my son's new phone number, but it doesn't stop the calls.  Their automatic dialer keeps calling for our son. They called 11/25/08 and again today 12/8/08. I made myself a written note on 11/25/08 who I talked to and they said they would remove it. The voice (not a person) called again today. I called Meridian/Blockfield again. Now they can't find my son's name or phone number in their data base, yet the automated dialer called me today. I talked to 2 operators, one supervisor and an atty at Brockfield who talked to me like I was an idiot and then hung up after I raised my voice. This is definitely harassment and no one wants to solve the problem...they just say, "We don't know why this is happening." Bah humbug! Signed, Frustrated Mother!!!

These people claim we have an outstanding medical debt that they are collecting. I called the 'said' people about this outstanding debt and they have no records of ANY outstanding debt. I called other people we have seen for medical reasons and NO outstanding debts. Which I knew...because I do pay our bills!!!!  They harass, they are rude, and mean. I tried calling back...but sent to voicemail. They need to be put out of business. Why are they aloud to continue to harass people????

I have been harassed for a few months by made up Law Groups, claiming I owe debt for a physician who provided service to me December 2011. They called me from different numbers BUT the name were interestingly so similar!!!!!
1)    FIRST it was 877-545-1461 called was by Brachfeld Law Group for Dr. Socrates Rodrigez and Dr. Sivakumar Raman
2)    2nd time 866-837-6269 Brockfield Group.

I talked to the hospital because I didn't recognized the names of the 2 physician given to me and I was told they don't even use any physicians by these names!!! One of them was in Brooklin, NY and the other in North Palm Beach, FL. Not even close to where I got the service Naples, FL. The hospital started an investigation and still waiting on the result.
This is ridiculous and somebody NEEDS to stop these people!! PLEASE!!!!

I have three such companys harrassing me, called the federal trade commision also, what a joke.
Who is regulating these companys? Maybe the lawyers set them up so you can hire them to defend you? who knows...it is legal in America to be a thief and a liar nowadays. Not to mention what kind of scumbag would work at a place like that after they talked to a couple of people..I personally have never been hungry enough to resort to immoral tactics. I pity these people.
