this number is actually a fake company, that tells you that you owe 10,000 or whatever amount gets you surprised and angry.  they record the call, to have a voice print of you (i have no idea why). this company and number has been reported multiple times to various law enforcement agencies and multiple sites like this but none of them has done anything to stop it.  when this number calls record the conversation or call back and make sure you record the conversation for your own protection.

some one called and left this number and a case number but refused to give me any information. told them they were breaking the law and they must be fraud. they hung up on me.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Some disgusting butt muncher keeps calling me everyday from this number and leaving me inappropriate messages.

Never ever answer your phone from this number or any other unknown number ever! Call blockers and voice mails and if they don't leave you a message is because they are up to something and if they do leave you a message nine times out of 10 it's a scam!! Everyone sends you letters if it's legit they already have your information.

Never answer those calls these are all scams people!! If someone is serious they will send you a letter by mail not robo call you are call you consistent from blocked or hidden numbers and plus if it is a number you can see it's a voip number because it's to expensive to keep buying real 800 numbers!! Come on people be smart and just keep reporting these idiots. They always hate when you report them on this page!!
