Got a phone call from this number, it's a collection agency regarding my fiancé's defaulted school loan through Key Bank....I can say, we've been through hell and back trying to settle this whole ordeal out (KeyBank was TERRIBLE with trying to deal with it, as was the first collection agency they sent us to without notice)....we called this number back today and they were extremely accommodating and helpful....the nicest we've dealt with....not a scary phone call to answer/return!

I'm sure these people saying "legit", "don't ignore" are also working for the company in order to "scare you" into picking up the phone.  They called me looking for an ex boyfriend.  I have no idea how to get in touch with him but they don't seem to care.  Ignore them.

I keep getting calls from this number at least twice a week,they leave a message even if I answer the phone telling me if I'm not the person they are looking for to disconnect the call.The person doesn't live here and never has.How many times to I have to disconnect the call to stop them from calling.I can't even talk to anyone to tell them the person doesn't live here

 They had our business # for some dumb [***] debtor by mistake. I called them and they removed it immediately. Thank you.

Got a call and work from a gayle she did not say the name of the company or what she was .these people need to be checked out so much hacking these days they can get information from companies thats on your credit report to try and get money

Got a call on my work number (I work for a bank) and they were asking for: "Buzzy Nate Nick Lachey"????
After I answer it takes a few seconds for them to even start the recording. This is the 4th time they've called the main number at work. Seriously, Buzzy Nate Nick Lachey doesn't work here.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

I have been receiving calls from 1-877-770-0329  I pick up my phone and they say that we called them  but they're calling you  I told him to stop calling me but their  explicit language  they get very nasty on the phone when they keep calling you back    And they're saying that they're from Isis  Group   What you can do  you can trace calls   That show up on caller ID  here's how it works  pick up your phone   Press star 57   It will trace the  call that is harassing or  obscene or threatening   Write down the date and time that you used call trace   Call your  police  department to file  A   Report   They will give you a case number   But if the call   Is out of the area  or unknown   Cannot be traced   Call your local police department or the FBI maybe they can put a WireTap on your landline and track down the people that harassing or threatening  or  obscene   Telephone calls   Take it seriously and be very concerned   And report any kind of these calls thank you

I enjoy playing with debt collection agencies. When they say they have agents in the area to bring me kegal paperwork, I tell them to stop by Little Caesars and bring me a pizza on the way over.
I could care less if they even actually really took me to court. Wtf is a judge gonna do? Make money magically appear from my [***]? Laugh at these people like I do. I fear nothing from them. Nothing. They are piwerless, and I tell them so.

Why is this number calling me?  It has nothing to do with me.

I'm wondering if the people posting that they're real are in on the scam.

My phone notifies me of suspected spam and this number is listed as suspected spam. I couldn't understand almost anything she said as she spoke very quickly and mumbled.
