what company is this that keeps calling me can you tell me that please

They are also giving the number of 866-836-7831 and have called me everyday, sometimes twice, for at least 3-4 weeks.  I finally called them back, wanting to know who they were and to ask them to stop calling my number.  Very rude, told me they were not soliciation calls and did not have to abide by the "Do Not Call" directory.  Also googled them and I believe they are posing as a collection agency, trying to get you to send them money.  Don't owe anyone any money, so I have to assume they are frauds.

I've gotten several messages referring to "an important business matter" with no other details. When I called the number, the automated message wanted me to enter my phone number (I did) and last four of social (fat chance). Eventually I was able to bypass this by pressing 0.

Turns out the call was, like many calls we get, for the previous holder of this number (don't know them, never met them). The woman I spoke with said she would remove our number from their list.

this is a direct number for a legal department of a collection agency, located in sartell minnesota, if they are calling i'd answer to either let them knows it's a wrong number or pay your bill, this place does have an attorney that represent them in sauk rapids mn. Believe me, comming from someone who being garnished by J C Christensen and Associates. I have had other accounts with them before, and it seemed to depend on who i got on the phone, but they were able to help me to settle a majority of my debt for less than half of what i owed!

At 8:45 p.m. I received a phone call, the woman simply asked, "Is Greg there?" so I answered, "Who is this???" She gave a first and last name. So I asked, "Where are you calling from?" She said, "JC Christian Nasso." I told her that he wasn't at home and she left a phone #. I asked if they were an attorney's office or what, she asked if I was his wife and I said, "No" (his wife left over 3 yrs ago) she sarcastically replied, "Well, I can't tell you that" so I said, "Well don't call my house again at 8:45." She said, "I will keep calling" and hung up ...... nice huh

Same # keeps calling w/diff id's.  Same message - urgent business matter - no mention of company, what they do, what they want.

This women called my cell phone looking for my husband and I said he is right here, but could I know what this is about? and she hung up on me. She is crazy....BEWARE! It isn't even our debt and she told the fraud department that I admitted to it and told her I want pay it.

Anytime J. C. Christensen and Associates, Inc calls me, a lady named Rae Payton leaves a voicemail stating "this is a call from a debt collector" no disclaimer, no warning. Isn't that a FDCPA violation?

They call you and state they are from a collection company called JC and Associates.  It is  fraud!
