Supposdley it is the Dept. Of Labor Statistics calling in reference to a green something form they mailed to my job.

Someone claiming to be "calling on behalf of the dept of labor statistics". Sounds, looks, and feels like a junk call from a company phishing for info.

Called my house about 2. Overly perky saleswoman left a distorted message requesting a callback with reference number. Listing is for:

This is the second call from this company I've received, identifying themselves as representing the Department of Labor, asking about the Green business form I completed and wanting more information about the number of employees we have. Now I get the feeling that the form I completed, that looked like it was from the DOL, was really not from them. Beware and check with the DOL before you complete any forms they seem to be sending.
