Call from Ray Diaz at 866-840-6856 to family member. Lied and said I provided that number, but i don't even have the number he says i provided.

Nasty rude! This guy is down right MEAN! He ask questions (personal) from family members that have no clue of who he is or what he wants. He won't answer my questions when I ask who he is, or who he is with so I had to trace his number!  If you get a call from this number be ready to be treated horrid!

Got a message on my answering machine from Ray Diaz.  Caller ID said "Houston, TX (832) 615-9063, but the message said to call (866) 840-6856.  No identification of what company he was calling from or what this was in reference to.  Appears to be Pentagroup Financial (a collection agency).  As I have the same name as another member of my family who moved out of state with her mother and this woman ended up with access to my personal info, you can imagine the problems that I have had with collection agencies and junk debt buyers.  I have had incorrect info placed on my credit report ranging from the year of my birth, medical bills that are not mine and even addresses that I have never been to all of which the credit reporting agencies will not correct.  Apparently, keeping fraud alerts on your credit report doesn't even stop someone that has your personal info from opening up accounts in your name or getting medical bills stuck on your credit.  As I have not received any mail from this company, I will continue to take pictures of the caller ID and will give this information at my appointment with my attorney to see if I can get some resolution to this and get my life back.
