Call came in UNKNOWN. Left voicemail and was told I have a case against me to call back 8668407388. Sounded like the person on the other end was talking from a cell phone so I knew right a way it's a scam.

got a call from 866-840-7388 said they had sealed documents undeliverable lol. i lived at address for over 30 years what a scam!!

Got a call that came up as "unknown" and they left a message saying they had "classified sealed documents" and needed to know where to send it to and that if I didn't call back they will send them back to the "county clerk's office and they will proceed without your input." Then I got a text from a facebook friend of mine saying she got a voicemail from them calling her looking for me also saying that there were "classified legal documents" they needed to get to me. This was really suspicious to me in that she isn't even a close friend of mine. Just someone I was classmates with in a song writing class about 8 years ago but we rarely are in touch with other, but we are friends on facebook. So why in the world would they call her? I've also noticed that other comments re this number here and on another site were only made in the past two days so it looks like this is a new number.

The same people have been calling all my family members..they even called my ex husband whom I have been divorced from for 16 years. Said they didn't have a number for me or an address for me . But they called him? Fishy! Google RW legal and cannot find any info..Fake?

They have been calling all my family members and who knows if anyone else I know. They call from unknown number say it's Ashley Moore dispatcher and they have documents that failed at being delivered. It seems to me they are phishing for information. Possible identity theft. Beware.

Got a call from 866-812-9297 and a woman left a message. Could not understand her first name, but last name was Foster with ID No. 7709. She said she had some kind of documents (couldn't understand what she was saying) and that there had been 2 failed attempts to reach me at my home address and told me it was imperative to call 866-840-7388 and refer to the following claim number (which is inaudible). I did call the number and it was skeptical from the first person on the phone to the last person on the phone. The last person was a gentleman and he wasn't very forthcoming with information. When I told him I didn't know what he was talking about he said it was from a debt they had acquired and it was from company I had never heard of either. I stated again that I didn't know what he was talking about and he said...."so you never signed for any documents?" and I said no. He then started to say it was from a debt on 4/24 and then no one was there. I said hello 3 times and then hung up.

They also left a similar message at my work, but added that they had 2 failed attempts to reach me at my house and 2 failed attempts to reach me at work. This is when I knew absolutely positive they was full of s#?t. No one has ever been to my work or my house. Then I googled the number and found all kinds of scam alerts for the number they want you to call.

I hope they call me back.....I'm prepared to tell them all about themselves and let my attorney speak with them. This should be interesting if they call back LOL.
