My daughter and I are getting numerous calls from this number telling us she is in danger of serious legal action.  They are rude and will scream and yell if you try to talk.  I called back to have them take my number off of their list and they were rude again.  I think it's a scam.  I told them that but the woman just over-talked me and continued ranting.  The calls have come as the number listed above and also "Private Name; Private Number."  I've received five called today.  Once they get a number, it doesn't stop.  Be cautious!

This number keeps calling me, 866.841.1088.  Today I get a call from 775.345.3005 and the women tells me she is handling the case against me.  I said what case? She said, you didn't know you had a case against you?  I said, no what case.  She said she couldn't tell me anything but gave me a number to call and a case number.  When I ask who she was she said her name is Julia, I said who do you work for, she said I am an independent contractor.  I said what is this about, she said I don't know you need to contact the number I gave you.  I said no I will not and I don't have any case against me and hung up.  She called right back and ask me if I got the number I gave her, I said quit harassing me and you have been reported and hung up again!

I just called the 775 number back and the recording said, you have reached the investigators and we do not accept incoming calls.

This company called my employment, my boss, my niece, my mother and my neighbor. Thankfully they all told me, the voice mails were recorded and I was able to speak with an attorney (a friend of a friend) on how to seek retribution for their actions.  I did call the number on the ID and received the same message about it being an "investigations" line and it does not accept incoming calls.  When I called Sylvia (the person who left the bizarre voice messages) I got another person who was just plain ridiculous.  She said I had criminal charges and would be arrested.  Really?  It's been a week and I have yet to see a pair of handcuffs.  She also refused to give me the name of the company.  Yep...sounds legit.

I have not outstanding debt and even if I did, I would not work with this company.  The attorney I spoke to is waiting to see if they call again and whether or not they send me any formal notice in the mail.  

Part of this is sad.  Uneducated, likely minority people with little to no social skills or class calling educated professional people screaming about debt they don't owe.  But what can you expect from people making minimum wage.

A scam...

These stupid people left me a dumb voicemail about a legal case. I told her she had the wrong number for whom she is looking for. Then she said I will email the company and tell them to remove tour number as a contact number for that person. How dummy I called blocked and she didn't even ask for the number. I blocked the number.

This number has called my dad and sister in law, who are very ill people, and harrassed them. They talked to me when I called them and stated that they were going to serve me papers and take legal action against me. The man I talked to was very rude and disruptive. I tried to explain to him that I was unemployed and the man hung up on me. I also told him to stop harassing my dad and sister in law.
They stated that it was for a loan from ST Armands, which I have never had a loan with. Last year, St Armands tried taking money out of my account that i did not authorize. I went to the bank and explained that to them and they found out that it was fraud and put the money back into my account. Now, all of a sudden, they want their money agaoin, really? Don't agree with them. Tell them that you want proof of the contract for which they are saying that you owe the money.
They need to be stopped. Report them to the better business bureau and the federal trade commission. The better business bureau does not recognize them but they still are taking complaints on them. Beware of these people.
