called someone other than me

this is not a telemarketer per se.

They are probably calling because they have been contracted by your, or your spouse's, health insurance plan.

I received a message and "code" so I called. It is a health management program. It seems that because I was referred to a pain management DR for a chronic condition I was "selected" for this service from my employer and insurance company. Sounds interesting to me I think I will do it.

Yes this is a company that your or my inuirance compnay contracts with, and gives to them your personal info without your permission. Don't know if your insurance company pays them a monthly  fee per member or what?  This is just another way for insurance companies to share your premiums with other insurance companies, and spend your premiums on anything other than your physicians. Who would want to discuss their medical care with someone they have not seen, who is not a doctor, and probably not a nurse, in another state, at a for profit company. Talk about invasion of privacy, lack of continuity of care, and possible confusions and misinformatiion.Wonder how much they get per plan member per moonth. $10??? So then you premiums are up $120 a year,  or you have to pay more for medical care, or other benefits are cut, or copays/deductibles are raised just to pay this reduntant, questionable company, and some exexecutive CEO's at this phone no., or activehealth gets a yacht.

They are owned by Aetna Insurance

This company let a message with my daughter at her number which is in a different state from where I live. How did they get her number? Never even tried my phone number.
