harassing phone call

Left a message and person sounded forign. Called "regarding and confidential matter" huh?

NCO Financial Systems, auotmated message. They are a debt collector.

made a call to me today (Thanksgiving) looking for ***** that does not live at this number anymore its nco financial they were nice and give me a reference number and the 866 841-8895 to call when***** appears.

they call about 10 times a day, harassing all the time, not professional i ask where they are calling from, some tell me NCO Financial Systems, some tell me, "i can't tell you, it's a business matter". does that make any sense, leave me a name to leave a message.
all the callers seem to think that everybody has their same education level.
i have to wait for a full minute for them to give me the #. damn i could memorize a whole set of numbers before writing it down. pissing me off, i have better things to do then wait for a couple of minutes.
e.g. "its 8-6-6---8--4--1------8--8--9--5, then after 30 seconds reference ID x---x---x---x----x-------x

Can't tell what in hell they are saying!  Call comes up unknown.

Calls at all hours of the day. Doesn't say who the call is for.  Just gives me a reference #.

NCO - sound like very uneducated people.  Thier tone is one of pressured speech - I think they are the ones under pressure.
