Received a call from another number asking me to call 8668433773 to talk about repaying my student loans - I’ve never had any student loans  - just another scammer - blocking both numbers

Same here. Caller has a very professional sounding voice, but I have not had a student loan for decades.

Same - no loans, blocking this caller.

Brenda Nelson just called and left a message about repaying my student loans as well. I do have loans, so it took me a minute to figure out if it was real or not. She didn't leave a company she was calling from which was my first red flag. Asked me to call her back and left a reference number.

I had the same experience as Katie with same name.  I do have a student loan, but thought it was odd that she did not state the company she associated with. The return number she provided is 866-368-3773. However, the number that showed up on caller ID is 989-368-9169.  As stated by another person on this thread, she did sound professional Not falling for it!

I jgot the same message from Brenda Nelson. Gave me the number 866-843-3773 and a reference number, the same as Kim listed, 330005. My kids have student loans but the caller never said who's loans she was calling about in her message.

Received a call from Brenda Nelson regarding "new" changes to repayment options on Federal Student Loans, including a call and reference number. Did some research, while she may have a professional title with a lending company, this in an unsolicited call with no connection to any "student loan" of mine. Gotta love the use of "Federal Student Loan" to make it sound so official. Did not identify company, my name, etc.

That same woman pulled the same SCAM on me, yesterday! I blocked & reported both numbers.

The fact that I was given the same case # (330005) as another commenter is the clincher. Very convincing, as I have federal student loans in repayment and just submitted my yearly income statement.

Did some research and calling.  While she did sound professional on voice message and when I returned the call back, this in an unsolicited call with no connection to any "student loan".  This is called "Documents Done Right" which is a lending agency.  Love the use of "Federal Student Loan" to make it sound so official and to get you to call back.

Left a message about repayment of student loan, left no name of the company.

She called me last week with that same phone number and reference number. I have no loans!!

Brenda Nelson called me about repaying a student loan.  She told me to call her at 866 843 3773 using reference number 330005.  I dont have any student loans.
