Best Interest Rate Mortgage Company only acted in their own BEST INTEREST! I have been witness to this as an employee of BIRMCO. My compensation was based on 25% commission of what I could collect as an upfront fee (usually $1495 and above). I was instructed to never tell a client "they didn't qualify" JUST GET THE MONEY!!!  We were told to attempt to sign up EVERYONE who called. JUST COLLECT THE MONEY!!
BIRMCO signed up 1000's of people and collected well over $1,000,000.00 in fees in a very short time period. THE OWNERS (Mike DiPlacido Sr., Al Branca, Duane Jones and Mike DiPlacido Jr.) ALL bought new luxury/sports cars. They didn't blink an eye when it came to living large. Nor did they care when it came to terminating an employee without paying them. BIRMCO owes me over $700.00 in comissions and I know at least 30 other xBIRMCO employees Mike Sr. screwed from a commission payment.
Mike Diplacido Sr. is a lyer and a thief.  He also cheats on his wife with the women he employees. I was witness to this on 3 seperate occasions with 3 different female employees.

And, if I ever see "Look you in the Eye an Lie" Diplacido Sr. or "Saggy-ass, Droopy Face" Mike Jr.  I'm gonna kick their ass, take their wallet and get my $700.00.

You know I checked everything out about Birmco and got screwed. Paul Galeski , Lene Inge, Dana Gipple and Joe Molito all continued to tell me from May 14, 2009 until Febraury 25, 2010 that everything was working out just fine and it takes time.  I have email correspon//dance from each of these people and messages on my voicemail.  Then March came around and the phones are disconnected, website is gone and all the emails or nondeliverable.  They took my money and I never heard from them again.  Of course my mortgage company sent some one to my home to tell me that I need 17, 500 within 30 days to prevent my home from being auctioned off.  How people sleep at night after doing this to people and how YOU can defencd them I don't understand.....

DiPlacido and his son Mike Jr. caused a lot of people to lose a lot of their hard earned money and homes. I was introduced to them by my financial adviser, who is a neighbor of DiPlacido Sr. They put us in a mortgage that could have caused us to loose our home.If it had not been for my husbands friend who is an economist we would have been screwed like so many others. We had a mortgage and interest rate that was affordable. They were supposed to help us save money with a lower interest rate. When we questioned them about the numbers in the paper work (which were different than the info during our conversations), Mike Jr said, 'the moon would have to stop orbiting the earth and planets would have to stop their rotation before the interest rates would go above the 4% rate they promised. They lied to us about every question we had, even with our financial advisor sitting there. We were fortunate in that we were financially able to get out of this bad loan and get back in to a traditional loan. However, we did wind up having to pay a 12,000K penalty for paying off the loan early and we lost equity in our house. They also lied about that and told us that there was no penalty for paying the loan off early. After the bottom feel out of the housing market they created another scam to fleece people who were trying to save their mortgages. If you go to the BBB website you will see the F rating and facts about the lawsuit against Mike DiPlacido of Best Interest / BIRMCO. He is now in the  Metaleuca multi level marketing business. Avoid this worm at all cost. He should rot in jail with his lying son.

Which girl friend are you?  They jerked people with money who did not need help from Best Interest. They fraudulently represented themselves. Are you helping Mike in the Metaleuca business now? You need to get another sugar daddy cause he is going down. He will not be able to take you to dinner at Appleby's after he pays off his lawyers.
