anyone know who this is from? company?

Received a recorded message almost daily in the voice mail of a new business land line I had installed, claiming to be a debt collection agency.  I called the number back and the woman who answered said they were looking for a "Sherry Peterson".  I said there is no one by that name here and it's a newly connected number, the response being "Ok it's a mistake and we'll take that number out of our database".  We'll see - definitely sounds like a scam of some sort.

Didn't listen to whole message but it was a debt agency. Call made to my cell phone.

THE NORTHSHORE COLLECTION AGENCY CONSTANTLY CALLS OUR CELL PHONE NUMBERS DRIVING UP THE MINUTES ON THESE CELL PHONES.  THESE UNWANTED CALLS MAKE IT MORE COSTLY TO HAVE THEM.

MOST OF THE TIME, THE NORTHSORE COLLECTION AGENCY CALLS AND ASKS FOR THE WRONG INDIVIDUAL, THEN HANGS UP.

IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THE NORTHSHORE COLLECTION AGENCY IS INVOLVED IN RACKETTEERING, MAIL FRAUD, BREAKING FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION RULES AND REGULATIONS, NOT FOLLOWING THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT AND COMMITTING NUMEROUS OTHER FEDERAL OFFENSES.

IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THE NORTHSHORE COLLECTION AGENCY IS UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION, THE U.S. MARSHALL'S OFFICE, AND THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE IN WASHINGTON D.C.

THE NORTHSHORE COLLECTION GENCY IS A VERY DANGEROUS ORGANIZATION THAT YOU WANT TO STAY AWAY FROM.  NUMEROUS BOMB THREATS OCCUR AGAINST THEM DAILY BECAUSE SO MANY CITIZENS ARE OUTRAGED BY THEIR RUTHLESS, UNLAWFUL, TACTICS.

IF YOU VALUE YOU LIFE, I RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM.  THEY ARE REPORTEDLY PART OF A NATIONWIDE ORGANIZED CRIME NETWORK INVOLVED IN DRUGS, PROSTITUTION, THEFT, EMBEZZLEMENT, MONEY LAUNDERING, AND MURDER FOR HIRE.

this is a california based collection comany and they are scammmers, notorious for breaking the law and violating the fdcpa,
also for trying to enforce non collectable debt or debts already paid, or non verifyable debts or fabricated debts, i have heard it all about this BS scamful company.

they are trying to collect a debt i do not owe,
i orderd armondo montelongo free book and cd just pay shipping and handling,
well they sent me a whole boz of garbage, then tried to bill me hundreds of dollars so i returned it, and did not pay, i did not agree to pay nor did i actually order it they just sent it, well now that i got stuck with the bill of shipping it back they are still trying to bill me or collect for a returned produck, f-that.

armondos scamms are also notorious for sayine oh we never got the return,
even thought the post office has confirmation and legal evidence,

scam scam scam. dont buy arondo montelongo, and even if you do u still do not owe north shore or armondo.

they have been calling me but make them send you a bill for the collection because i have the bills from other companies that use them for their collections so dont give anything over the phone tell them to send you a bill with the company that is suppose to be for and sent the payment to that company only. it might be for hamilton company or publisher clearing house may be using that company north shore agency. so deal with the right company only. good luck

They are trying to collect a debt that I do not owe not have I ever heard of the company that there talking about. Very annoying PLEASE STOP
