Got numerous calls from this number, never returned any of them, knew what county I lived it, all verified information, told me this matter was going to court, figured it was just another collector, I GOT SERVED THIS MORNING at MY JOB, now I'm [***], I called them back & they said they can't speak with me now & it's illegal to contact the plaintiff once I am served with the paperwork. If they call you call them back IT'S NOT A SCAM- Caller: Nationwide Arbitration Services
- R replies to SamYou are so full of [***]..... They are a foreign extortion group. Nothing about them is legit. Hell, they aren't even based in the US. Their playground is north India.
But for just to play along.... forward the state and docket number for your case so we could confirm your 'case'. - ANonieMouse replies to mikeYou are correct. See:

It isn't often that you get to see this easily a legitimate company like US Title having their number hijacked. - joe shabat replies to mike| 4 repliesAdmin Edit: "It's a SUSPECT message!"

I owed 675 for a pay day loan and now it was up to 1800, can u say [***] !!!! anyway they closed it for 800 and my attorney said I had no choice cause I bounced a check and I would have been screwed. I thought it was a collection office but my attorney said they are a pre-litigation office, whatever that means I have no clue, but they r for real. hope this info helps....- Caller: wills garage

they called my job, I thought they were a collection agency///called from 866-848-5350 . I blew it off but I got [***] and now I have court next Wednesday for bouncing a check for a payday loan....wtf. now they said they cant help me and my dirtbag attorney wants 750 to represent me. this is [***]. if I were u I would listen to them - Seeker replies to george| 2 repliesGeorge --- that is horrible. What did they charge you with? Being a shill? Regardless of how much you pay any attorney, I doubt they can help you with your lack of character and integrity. You are a liar, a fraud, and a b***s*ter to use your parlance.
- mike replies to mike| 2 repliesthey are real. didnt think so but looked into it and it is legit.. glad i called them today
- dubious| 1 replyA legitimate company would immediately identify itself in the call. I know nothing of the people involved and I suspect they will try to tell me that I am involved; thus requiring some transfer of money from me to unknown parties. I don't put much credence in the positive comments listed. Sound too much alike. Known scammers have used lists of people who have used payday loans (I have not) to extort money (the cops are waiting around the corner, etc.).. I know a real creditor would know my address (same one for over 30 years) and send me a document in the mail. Criminal investigations would come from the police.
The voice does sound like an American, so this is likely not one of the India-based scams.- Caller: Not identified

They are for real everything checked out paid my pay day loan so I am good.....but I would have been screwed if I waited any longer - Badge714 replies to JoeDoes no one know the laws on debt collection? Caller MUST ID themselves, proof of debt in writing, and many many more. These SHILLS keep trying the same old "something bad will happen to you" BS. Know the law, know your legal rights.

I HAD TO PAY THIS TODAY.....THEY CALLED ME AND SAID I OWED ON A PAYDAY LOAN.....I HAVE TO ADMIT IT IS NIE TO FINALLY WORK WITH PROFESSIONALS.....MY ATTORNEY ORDERED A COPY OF MY CREDIT REPORT AND IT DEFINATLY WAS ON THERE.....HOPE THIS HELPS...TOODLES - Gunnar replies to LISAYou're a lying, low-life SHILL. Just like all your co-workers! Keep trying though. Every time you post you make it more obvious that you're a FRAUD! "Toodles"!
Skeff Ett Liv!
Gunnar - Seeker replies to LISA| 1 replyYou are a liar and a thief. I have a few questions for you. Why on earth would you need an attorney to get a copy of your credit report? Second, what attorney in their right mind wouldn't advise you to seek "validation of the debt" in writing? Third, is the CAPS LOCK on your computer broken? Fourth, how is life treating you in the boiler room? Fifth and finally, do you think anyone actual believes your b.s.?
- SeanPayday loan debt collector. Spoke to them by accident. Got the old song and dance...civil case being brought against me in 72 hours if I didn't call back...that 72 hours is the amount of time they legally have to notify you before filing in a court. So I said...72 hours is Sunday morning...so you are filing 72 hours or 96 hours? Which is it? Dead silence....we need you to pay 725.00 today or you will be in your county court.
I have been served before...there is no notice....the process server just shows up. Idiots.- Caller: Nationwide Arbitrations
- Call type: Debt collector
- Badger replies to janet| 2 repliesI am having that very same issue. Sitting by my computer and waiting for the email, NOTHING. Still not sure if they are legit. Having serious doubts.
