This number keeps showing up on my cell.

I've seen it before too.  Just got another call today.  I googled for it and we're not alone.  It is associated with Towerstream: http://www.towerstream.com/  Seems like a potential unsolicited sales call.

apparently, if you registered your business and used your cell phone as the contact #, it is technically your business #.  I picked up and explained that I'm just a regular joe and they apologized, said they were only looking for businesses and they must have incorrect data... actually, it was my fault, i never re-registered my business contact #.

Towerstream is the nations leading provider of WiMax technology and are strickly B2B sales. If you have a business and need a T-1 type of internet connection then listen to what they have to say its interesting stuff.

Not sure I'd want my business Internet access entrusted to a small company that is losing as much money as Towerstream is...

Have you checked out those figures lately? Most companies that are losing money don't acquire other companies.

Sounds like a shill comment made either by that company or one of those "improve your online reputation" companies.

Any company that makes unsolicited telemarketing calls to a business and simply hangs up after calling is not a company I want to do business with.

Unsolicited call from a telemakteter. They call and hang up. Number traced back to towerstream for some internet service.

If that's the quality of their marketing efforts I pity their customers.

Yet another call and hang up from this spamming telemarketer. Based on the info retrieved from online searches it is Towerstream.

If the can't get their sales people on the phene after annoying a potential customer, how good a service can they really provide? Not a company we would ever consider doing business with.

Robocall scam , they offer teaser rates and then you will pay more then what you were paying before.

This company is all about contract manipulation, automatic renewals without notifying the customer. Shady wording on the contract, service reps hard to get a hold of ( so you can not cancel ) , .............................................................

I can hear the tele center in the background but no one would ever speak...so I hung up.  Blank caller ID.

Almost end of 2015 & they still callling -  Call my company everyday  - if they were legit - their company name would show on the screen - instead it shows UNAVAILABLE ... Do not leave msgs either. Again - if legit they would leave a msg.
Just plain annoying
