This number called me aggressively as a debt collector for an online payday loan and threaten to summon me for court if I didn't pay the loan I took out from on line and they said they took over the debt and if I don't pay they will summon me to court. They called my job my reference numbers and talk mean when I asked to send me a paper stating this claim number they gave me and see this on paper they try changing subject going to court and I wanted to know if this is a scam or not before I set up any payback money arrangement but they have info on a loan I did once have but couldn't pay cuz my job was cut down with work so now I'm worried if this is true And should I pay arrangements or are they scamming me since they got my info..but Ihow could online loans paydays take yu tO court? Can it happen?
