I called this number, supposedly from Tericom Networks (number off their site on how to contact them) and it was not a number "in use" and the recording talked about Verizon teleconferencing.

I believe the small businessman got ripped off.  All the sudden charges monthly for 34.95 were appearing on his att bill.  No number is given on the bill.

We receive at least 10 calls a day asking to "just update your current online listing". BS - hang up on them! Someone from our work apparently did answer them and we received the same bill. You need to contact the FTC at 877-382-4357 and report Tericom Networks, LLC. It's called "cramming" and they track all reports of abuse that come in from each company. They also make sure to tell you - do NOT pay that portion of your bill.

got a call asking to update my listing "just like the yellow pages" so I probed for more info - supposedly SGI Networks (lists 866-852-2397
on their webpage as contact #, I got the same message about Verizon teleconferencing) and when I mentioned that I wasn't authorized to accept any charges, et cetera, the caller hung up on me.
