this number continues to call and when I answer there is no response.

They are bill collectors

I have the same issue though .. if someone wants me to pay a bill that is fine by me - sometimes my medical stuff gets overlooked but I wait and wait and no one ever says anything  - i mean not fair if something winds up on my credit because they call but never talk to you

This # calls continuously.  No co. name, only # shows up on caller I.D.

They are a bill collector for medical bills. I have the exact same issue. They always hang up as soon as I answer and when they actually do leave a message I try to call back and they don't know what I'm talking about.

I have received a phone call and message from this number every week day for the last three weeks.  It's the same message saying that it is Valley Health System calling on a personal business matter.  I wish it woul stop
